Comedian Marc Wootton adopts the persona of one Shirley Ghostman, a psychic able to contact dead celebrities.

An inconspicuous college student, Peter, finds himself leading a less-than-quiet life when he inadvertently rooms with a rambunctious ghost Ray. Shirley is the youngest of eight children from a mixed race marriage.
